New effect of high density current impact (by density of approx. 10000A/mm2) has been revealed by the specialists of the Russian Academy of Sciences performed at plastic metal deformation, the given effect has been named as electroplastic effect (EPE) that can be applied for intensification of cold and warm plastic deformation of metals under rolling, drawing and stamping. First technological experiments have been successfully conducted using pulse current accurately within a zone of metals deformation.
